LivePVR supports HotKeys which can be used to start and stop recording without bringing up the LivePVR user interface. If you want to record what is going on around you without attracting anyone's attention, you can use the HotKeys that will appear as if you are using your mobile phone normally, but, if it is the LivePVR Hotkey, the recording will start in background. This type of recording can also be accomplished using the scheduled recording feature or a combination of both.

LivePVR Enterprise version provides scheduled recording feature. Using Scheduled recording, you can record casual surrounding audio, without bringing up th LivePVR user interface. If you know you are going to be somewhere and need to record what goes on around you, and do not want to be noticed for using a recording software - just schedule a voice recording for the duration you are going to be there and LivePVR will do the recording. If you know you are going to be attending a serious meeting where operating a phone in the middle of the meeting will not be polite, just schedule a meeting notes recording and it will be recorded. With scheduled recording you also have the option to stop and start recording using HotKeys.

Scheduled recording is only available in LivePVR Enterprise Version

Automatic backup allows you to backup recording immediately after it is completed. When you setup the backup parameters, you can specify whether you want the recorded file to be removed from the device after backup is successful. This is a great way of protecting your important recording from unauthorized access should the phone be lost or stolen.
